Hybrid working: completely normal for us

Hybrid working: completely normal for us
We are innovation and technology driven. This is reflected not only in the actual solutions we offer, but also in the way we work (together). Namely, hybrid. Whether social intranet, digital workplace or remote work - we exploit all synergies through the possibilities of local, global, internal and external networking.
What does hybrid working mean?
Simply put, a hybrid work model is a mixed form in which you no longer work from "9 to 5" in the office every day, but can also work in other places and at flexible times. Whether it's your own four walls, a co-working space around the corner, or a workstation in another European country ... the main thing is that you can work well and productively.
Why does EOS rely on a hybrid working model?
For us, being a good employer means moving with the times, but also constantly changing existing patterns, breaking rules and remaining agile. This attitude supports and promotes the hybrid work model like no other.
More freedom
Hybrid working gives you the freedom to develop your personality and at the same time offers a change from the daily work routine. Whether in the office or at home - it is up to you, your colleagues and of course the project where it is best to work.
Productivity through flexibility
In the long run, "9 to 5" jobs are a thing of the past, because productivity does not increase linearly with time spent. Rather, it depends on the satisfaction of the employees and circumstances - because options such as flexitime and trust-based working hours also have a positive effect on the work performed.
Your free time is happy
Add in a relaxing yoga class, take the dog for a short walk, or pick up the kids from daycare in between: With a hybrid work model in combination with our flexible flextime model, work and free time go much more hand in hand instead of being mutually exclusive. Think about what would be a good balance for you and give it a try. In the end, it can help you in both areas.
What does that look like in practice?
Curious? This is what it looks like in the Hamburg office:
Your feedback is our motivation
Feedback is incredibly important to us. It's the only way we can get better. We value other opinions and see a positive discussion culture as an essential pillar for good cooperation. That's why we welcome your feedback on platforms like Kununu - whether it's about the application process or your experience as an employee with us.
