With a hybrid working model and flexible flexitime model, activities such as yoga, walks or childcare can be easily integrated. Work and free time go hand in hand. Find your ideal balance of free time, because it can help you progress in both areas.

Adaptive use of space

A space remains unused for a long time - time for change. From unused office space to a new video studio. Designated office space for employees with dogs - done. When the nature of work changes, so do we.

No office cult

The classic office is passé. To promote hybrid working, we are redesigning spaces: open areas with a multi-space concept, desk sharing and standardized IT equipment. Zone-based planning promotes cross-departmental exchange and supports professional and social collaboration.

The 40/60 rule

At EOS, we aim for a 40% attendance rate. This gives us a good mix of social team days and focused home office days. If you want to spend more time in the office - no problem. If you prefer to work from home, you can do that too. As long as the 40/60 rule is adhered to.
